How do I place my order?

The easiest way to order is simply though the website. Hover over the product you would like from the options across the top. Choose the specifications you require and click on the price. We will design your cards & send you an email proof for checking purposes & print approval sign off.

When should i order my wedding cards?

We recommend you order your wedding cards at least three months before the wedding date. But don't worry if you have left it later than this, as we aim to dispatch wedding cards within 2-14 days after completion of design & approval.

How many wedding invitations should i order?

You may have set a limit on the number of people that you wish to invite to the wedding. We recommend that you order spare. Remember, if you need to order more wedding invitations later, they will be charged as a new order.

What wording should I choose for my wedding invitations? 

We offer a selection of verses to suit different wedding styles and religions. You may choose one of these or write one of your own.

What if my file is too big to upload/email?

You can send files to us using 'WeTransfer.com' no account is need to be made just simply upload & send this is an easy way to send large files.

Whats the best way to set up my artwork?

Generally a PDF file would be best (we can accept other file types though) and set up with 3mm bleed and in CMYK colour format. Don't worry though we can still accept artwork that isn't set up like this. If you want to take advantage of our free artwork check service please email info@galleriadesigns.co.uk and attached your artwork.

What if i’m unhappy with my order?

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your order, just e-mail the details with your order reference number to info@galleriadesigns.co.uk.

When will I receive my order?

If you upload and approve your artwork online before 5pm Monday to Friday, we will design your cards & send you confirmation. Once your cards have been approved we will print and delivery within 14 working days. Please bear in mind if you have opted to e-mail the artwork over to us, this can potentially delay the order by 1 working day.

What programs should i use to produce my artwork?

There are a lot of great tools that can be used to create artwork Adobes Creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator – blank templates for these programmes can be found here. If not Microsoft publisher or word can still be used to make artwork. If you don't have these or are having trouble producing artwork try our design online tool.

How can i send in artwork?

The quickest and easiest way to send us your artwork is to upload it online. If you do choose to e-mail your artwork over instead, simply place the order online without uploading artwork, then once you have your reference number (this will look like ‘galleria12345’), just e-mail the artwork to info@galleriadesigns.co.uk with the reference number and we will e-mail back a proof for approval.

Can I change my order?

Once the order has been approved we are unable to make any changes to the artwork or the order itself due to the quick turnaround times we offer.Please bear this in mind when you are checking your proof, if you have any questions feel free to give us a call or send us an email!

What is the latest time I can place an order?

You can place an order 24 hours a day, but only orders where artwork has been approved before 5pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next working day.

What if I don’t have any artwork to print?

If your artwork isn’t quite ready, you can still place your order and send the artwork over whenever it’s ready. Alternatively, we design it for you!

What If I wanted to change my design after approval?

Any changes after proofing will incur any additional cost(s) dependant on artwork.
